OEM means we manufacture to your finished design and tech pack — you own the IP. ODM means you choose from our existing designs and re-skin them with your branding — faster and cheaper. Private label sits between the two: same shell, custom hang tag, packaging and accessories. We handle all three; OEM is our largest revenue line.
What design files does the OEM plush factory need to start sampling?

Acceptable: hand-drawn sketches, photos of an existing sample, or even a verbal description — our 8 in-house designers turn rough briefs into production-ready tech packs in 2–3 days, free of charge for confirmed orders.
How does the custom plush sampling process work and how much does a sample cost?

Standard sample turnaround is 5–7 working days; rush sampling (3 days) is available for a 30% surcharge. Sample fees range US$30–120 depending on size and complexity, fully refunded once mass production above 500 pcs is confirmed. Shipping by DHL/FedEx is paid by the buyer (usually US$25–60).
Can you match exact Pantone colors and custom embroidery on OEM plush?

Yes. We match TPX/TCX Pantone shades on fabrics, embroidery thread and printed accessories — dye-lab confirmation samples are sent before bulk dyeing. Embroidery supports up to 12 thread colors per logo, satin stitch, 3D puff, and metallic threads. Heat-transfer and silicone-mold accents are also offered.
What plush toy safety certifications does your OEM service include?

Standard: 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance against B/L copy. Repeat clients above US$20,000/order: 30/70 against L/C at sight. We also support Alibaba Trade Assurance and PayPal for samples. NDA covering design files, prototypes and pricing is signed before any design review on request.
