Initial reply within 1–2 hours during Shenzhen business hours (Mon–Sat, 09:00–18:00 GMT+8), 4–6 hours outside those hours. A full quote with material spec, unit price, packaging cost and lead time is typically delivered within 24 hours of receiving a clear brief.

Five items get you an accurate quote on the first reply: (1) a design sketch / reference photo, (2) finished size in cm, (3) target quantity per design, (4) fabric preference (short pile / long pile / corduroy / minky / organic), (5) destination port and preferred Incoterm (FOB, CIF, DDP).

Sample fee is US$30–120 depending on complexity, refunded in full once mass production above 500 pcs is confirmed. For repeat clients with prior orders above US$10,000, samples of small-to-mid size designs are free; only courier (DHL/FedEx, ~US$25–60) is charged.

T/T 30% deposit + 70% before shipment is standard. For repeat clients above US$20,000/order: 30/70 against L/C at sight. PayPal and Alibaba Trade Assurance are supported for samples and small orders. Wire instructions are sent only through our official corporate email — never through chat apps.
